What went down in Bali...

You may have seen on my Instagram that a few weeks ago, I went on a solo retreat to Bali. And while you may be sat there thinking "I'm so jealous, I wish I could go to a retreat in Bali", the reality and what it took for me to travel solo is actually over 2 years in the making.
